Making sense of what you're going through
After several years of reflection, observation and training, I've come to one conviction: the body never expresses itself without a reason. Behind a symptom there is often a story, an emotion, an event waiting to be heard.
My role is not to judge or diagnose, but to help you connect what your body is experiencing with what your story holds, in a caring and confidential setting.
Support, not a miracle cure
I don't offer a ready-made recipe. I offer a space to put words on what the body expresses, and to move forward at your own pace, without pressure.
Everyone is different. Sometimes a single session is enough to see more clearly, sometimes support over a few appointments is more fitting. We talk it through together, freely, with no commitment.
Sessions take place in person in Éteaux (Haute-Savoie) or by video, for France and Switzerland alike.
